Robert Kellemen, Ph.D., is the founder and CEO of RPM Ministries through which he writes, counsels, and consults with leaders around the world. Previously, Dr. Kellemen served as VP of Strategic Development, Academic Dean, and Professor at Faith Bible Seminary.

Dr. Kellemen is an accomplished author, publishing over two dozen books on Christian leadership, equipping, and counseling. He has had a three-decade focus on consulting others in change management, counseling, ethics, and Christian living.
